Description of problem:
xom dependency should be removed from POM. Additionally project.xml could be used instead of separate POM from maven central. Patch should be converted to %pom_ macro.

I believe that this bug is fixed in jaxen-1.1.3-8,
which is available in Fedora Rawhide.  I am closing the bug now,
thank you for reporting it.  A summary of changes is included below.
