Description of problem:
After resume screen is corrupted, lots of rendering glitches, windows not readable, etc. After restarting X everything is back to normal. 

hw: Thinkpad T430 (2349G6G)
NVIDIA Corporation GF108 [Quadro NVS 5400M] [10de:0def] (rev a1)
