Description of problem:
The USB keyboard suddenly stopped working.  Pulling it out and then plugging it back solved the problem, except a crash report popped up.

The problem shows up every now and then, say, once in two weeks or so.

I had 2 keyboard layouts configured and via Settings -> Keyboard I removed one of them (not sure if the active layout or the second). This triggered the crash.
