Using linuxconf to generate sendmail.cf opens up a hole in the relay
protection, spcificaly it allows for qutoed receiver in the RCPT Tag:

RCPT To:<"victime">

Very irritating!, since ORBS is now cheking this and closing down sites
en masse...
