  file /usr/bin/pdfxmltex from install of xmltex-20020625-19.fc18.noarch conflicts with file from package texlive-xmltex-bin-1:2012-0.svn3006.8.20121115_r28267.fc18.noarch
  file /usr/bin/xmltex from install of xmltex-20020625-19.fc18.noarch conflicts with file from package texlive-xmltex-bin-1:2012-0.svn3006.8.20121115_r28267.fc18.noarch

This also prevents installing passivetex and dblatex (which require xmltex) at the same time as texlive-xmltex-bin on Fedora 18.

Package texlive-2012-16.20130205_r29034.fc18:
* should fix your issue,
* was pushed to the Fedora 18 testing repository,
* should be available at your local mirror within two days.
Update it with:
# su -c 'yum update --enablerepo=updates-testing texlive-2012-16.20130205_r29034.fc18'
as soon as you are able to.
