on failure all the added images will be removed from the db and there will be an attempt to remove it from the storage to avoid storage leak. http://gerrit.ovirt.org/#/c/12027/ Vered, once floating disk being created, can they being removed from the system? Template's disks are being deleted after failure in template creation. Created attachment 658266 [details] vdsm.log Description of problem: When template creation from vm fails, the vm's disks are duplicated and remain floating in the system. Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): 3.1 rc How reproducible: Steps to Reproduce: 1.Create a template from a vm with disks and fail one of the images. Actual results: Template creation is failed, no new templates in the system. The vm's disks all have floating copies. Expected results: If there's no template, there shouldn't be a disk. Additional info: logs, look at around 16:00, Dec 5.
