Description of problem: No enforcement of new openstack-swift RPM requirements. Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): How reproducible: Steps to Reproduce: 1. Install generated RPMs from top-of-tree 2. 3. Actual results: Install is allowed when required packages are not present. Expected results: Install is disallowed when required packages are not present. Additional info: The upstream version of the OpenStack Swift RPMs are not available, but in order to properly test this code the following RPMs are made available: http://perf1.lab.bos.redhat.com/pportant/gluster/swift/RPMS/
