python-requests-0.14.1-1.fc17.noarch bundles several packages in /usr/lib/python2.7/site-packages/requests/packages/:

chardet chardet2 oauthlib urllib3

These packages must be packaged separately in Fedora (if necessary) and removed from python-requests.
