Description of problem:

qpid-cpp-server-ha does not uninstall cleanly.

Uninstallation of qpid-cpp-server-ha prints ugly line:

 [root@hp-sl qpid_ptest_cluster_failover_soak]# rpm -e  qpid-cpp-server-ha
 /var/tmp/rpm-tmp.18343: line 1: [0: command not found
 [root@hp-sl qpid_ptest_cluster_failover_soak]# echo $?
 0

* should fix your issue,
* was pushed to the Fedora 17 testing repository,
* should be available at your local mirror within two days.
Update it with:
# su -c 'yum update --enablerepo=updates-testing qpid-cpp-0.18-7.fc17'
as soon as you are able to.
