A visitir of mine brught an external "Seagate FreeAgent Go" drive. Connecting the disk to the
system worked fine, in the sense that I can access and open documents on the disk (using
KDE Dolphin). At the end when I used the "Safely remove drive option" the entire system
froze. I could not even ssh into the system from other machines...only option being to force
power off and on.

I am attaching the messages file starting from mounting this disk and then the subsequent
poweroff reboot. This is a DELL PRECISION T5600 wtih dual 8core cpu's and 64GB memnory.

If you can recreate this on 3.7.9 or 3.8.2 without the nvidia module loaded, please reopen.
