Description Aleksandar Kostadinov 2012-12-12 14:31:18 UTC
system-config-printer does not seem to alter firewall on start. This is not my first start but I permanently removed rules to allow ipp-client from work and home zones (the only zones that had it enabled). Still starting system-config-printer does not seem to do anything with firewalld.

Warning: that could have something to do with bz 886529

You haven't said which version and release of system-config-printer you're using, but my guess is you aren't using the one that was very recently pushed to stable.

Please try system-config-printer-1.3.12-7.fc18.
