Description of problem:
The package kde-printer-applet is Obsoleted by kde-print-manager in F18 and Rawhide. It needs to be retired NOW. In particular, it needs to be blocked from F18 before the final GA repo gets composed.

All versions of kde-printer-applet.

How reproducible:
Always.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Try to install kde-printer-applet.
  
Actual results:
The package is Obsoleted by kde-print-manager.

Expected results:
Obsolete packages have no business being in the repo.
