Description of problem:

This line in hostRequires of xml recipe:

<hypervisor op="!=" value="KVM"/>

selects just all other hypervisors. Bare metal machines are not included.

Actual results:

Just machines with hypervisor, but the specified are selected. machines without hypervisor (bare metal) are not included.

Expected results:

Filter out just machines as defined, include all other hypervisors as well as bare metal.

An unfortunate result of SQL's NULL comparison rules (NULL != 'KVM' is NULL, not 1).
