Description of problem:
tomcat6 requires redhat-lsb, which in turn pulls in things like Qt (which I would be quite surprised if tomcat actually needed).  This seems like it ought to be more fine-grained.

We are actually very close to removing tomcat6 completely in favour of 7.x version. See bug 819505 for more details (2 packages remaining as of now, and tomcatjss is basically just packaging issue)

So I'd say tomcat6 will never make it into F19

Package tomcat6 has been deprecated in Fedora 19 and later.
I am closing this bug as WONTFIX.
