Description of problem:
If packstack installed Horizon, it should have, at the end of successful installation, something like:
"To use the console, browse to http://<host>/dashboard."

packstack printed this at the end of the installation:

Additional information:
  * To use the command line tools source the file /root/keystonerc_admin created on 127.0.0.1
  * To use the console, browse to http://<hostname>/dashboard


Please note that there is an issue related to all-in-one installation, Described in Bug #892318 , That will cause packstack to print dashboard URL with 127.0.0.1 as the IP Address.
