Would it be possible to bump bugzilla in EPEL6 to at least the 3.6 branch?  3.4 is not longer maintained upstream.

The specific feature I'm looking to gain is the elimination of USER_PASSWORD_MAX_LENGTH, which occurred in 3.6.
