Description of problem:

In sf1, I have a cluster which is 3.1 with 1 host that is rhel6.3 and one host which is 6.4. 
I cannot migrate a vm between these two hosts with the same error: migration job: unexpectedly failed

How reproducible:

100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. install a 6.3 host and a 6.4 host in the same 3.1 cluster
2. run a vm on any of the hosts
3. migrate the vm
  
Actual results:

we fail to migrate the vm

Expected results:

since we will need to migrate vms during upgrade we should not fail.
