Document -f, spelling fix

-f is not documented in the passwd man page, fix attached. Also fixes a spelling error.

BTW, none of the --long-options are documented in the man page...

Thanks for the patch, applied.  I have also added the --... long options upstream.

(Only committed upstream, will get to rawhide with the other changes in the next upstream release; there will be at least one before F19 to pick up updated translations.)
