Description of problem:
Tried to install VirtualBox.  The required kmod file is stated to be kmod-VirtualBox-3.6.10-4.fc18.x86_64

Got error"
package kernel-3.6.11-3.fc18.x86_64 (which is newer than kernel-3.6.10-4.fc18.x86_64) is already installed

Just needs package update to fit kernel.  Not a real bug, per se.

Fedora doesn't provide kmod kernel module packages.  The kmod bugzilla component is for the module-init-tools replacement.  You should report this to whomever you got the virutal box stuff from, as it wasn't Fedora.
