Description of problem:

When selecting Spanish,in manual partitioning, in the new mount-point dialog, there is a hot-key overlap.

CANCEL = CANCELAR
   >> asks for 'a' when ALT is pressed

ADD MOUNT POINT = AGREGAR PUNTO DE MONTAJE
   >> asks for 'A' when ALT is pressed

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
RC1 (18.37.10)

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Select Spanish in the Welcome Screen
2. Go to Manual Partitioning and try to add a mount point
3. The Mount Point Dialog uses 'a' and 'A' as hot-key, as a result neither works.

Actual results:
must use the mouse

Expected results:
a working hot-key

As the label of the 'Cancelar' button is not translatable from Anaconda, I have changed the hot-key of the second button to the 'm' in 'Agregar un punto de montaje'.
