Description of problem:
Due to f17's version is bigger than f18's, upgrading isn't successfully done and still keeps f17 version on f18 upgraded. and due to the soname bump on related libraries, ibus doesn't work until "downgrading" to f18's.

$ rpm -q ibus
ibus-1.4.99.20121109-9.fc17

Expected results:
the package should be one built for f18

I think this needs a zero-day update so we need to get this into Bodhi ASAP and receive karma for it from testers.
