Note these patches have been accepted upstream, pull-req to Linus including them is here. This includes a cc to stable@ so they should make their way into a 3.7.x release eventually.

As said before, since we've heavily advertised our support for these devices I believe we should fix this in the Fedora kernels rather then waiting for the patch to trickle down.

Note this has been picked up in the stable series and is in 3.7.3, which is available for F-17 but not for F-18 ??  Note according to: https://admin.fedoraproject.org/updates/search/kernel

Once we have 3.7.3+ available for F-18 this can be closed.

The 3.7.2-204 F18 kernel has most of the stable patches for 3.7.3 included in it already, including the 2 patches you have here.  In Fedora git, F18 is on 3.7.4 now.  We can close this out.
