Note these patches have been accepted upstream, pull-req to Linus including them is here. This includes a cc to stable@ so they should make their way into a 3.7.x release eventually. As said before, since we've heavily advertised our support for these devices I believe we should fix this in the Fedora kernels rather then waiting for the patch to trickle down. Note according to: https://admin.fedoraproject.org/updates/search/kernel Once we have 3.7.3+ available for F-18 this can be closed. The 3.7.2-204 F18 kernel has most of the stable patches for 3.7.3 included in it already, including the 2 patches you have here. In Fedora git, F18 is on 3.7.4 now. We can close this out. |
