python-flask-sqlalchemy has been built for EPEL6:

Apologies on the very delayed reply - the notification for this bug got lost in my inbox.

The update was in testing for a long time due to no outside feedback but a newer build [1] has has since been pushed to epel6 stable and thus, I am closing this bug.
