Description of problem:

On an Itanium dual core processer only the 1st core collects metrics. E.g. a system with 2 dual core processors, only CPU-0 and CPU-2 shows metrics, but not the CPUs CPU-1 and CPU-3.

All cores are marked as "available" in the overview.
