Description of problem:
The python module contained in this package depends upon another python module, but the package does not depend on the other containing package.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): 0.4-0.10.r2892.fc17

How reproducible: consitently


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Remove the python-clearsilver package (if installed)
2. Install the trac-doxygen-plugin package 
3. Enable doxygen plugin for a Trac project
4. Observe the 'unable to load clearsilver' error message in Trac
5. Install python-clearsilver package
6. Observe the error is not present
  
Actual results:
An error message when the plugin is enabled.

Expected results:
This plugin package should depend on any other necessary packages.

* was pushed to the Fedora 17 testing repository,
* should be available at your local mirror within two days.
Update it with:

as soon as you are able to.
