Description of problem:
[ko_KR] man less manuals are still English.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
# rpm -q man-pages
man-pages-3.22-20.el6.noarch
# rpm -q man-pages-ko
man-pages-ko-20050219-17.el6.noarch


How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install latest rhel6.4 client build.
2. Install man-pages-ja package.
3. Type followings to check translations

# man less

# man more

# man bash

# man echo

# man man
  
Actual results:
# man less  manuals are still English.

Expected results:
# man less should be localized.

reproduced on es_ES locale too.
