Description of problem:

Using the same SE/CE combination, we are able to deploy successfully to RHEVM 3.0 or 3.1.  There is a specific RHEVM system which returns the 500 error.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

1.1.1 GA

How reproducible:

Every time to that specific RHEVM system

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Set up RHEVM Data Center Quota Mode to Audit or Enforced
2. In Cloud Engine, launch an image to that RHEVM system
3.
  
Actual results:

500 unhandled exception or status code (Cannot run vm.  Quota is not valid)

Expected results:

Running VM on that specific RHEVM system

Additional info:

Workaround: On the 3.1 RHEVM system which returned the error, go to RHEVM Web Admin Portal, Data Center, Edit, change Quota Mode to Disabled.  Once this was applied to the data center, we are now able to deploy to that RHEVM system.
