Created attachment 689937 [details] Screenshot of GUI showing faulty dialog Description of problem: When using the "Follow TCP Stream" functionality, the Stream Content widget (the one that actually shows the data) starts with a very small size, that is not affected by the window resize. Attempts to resize the window merely leave a big unused space at the bottom of the dialog. Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): wireshark-gnome-1.8.4-1.fc18.x86_64 How reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Start any TCP capture with at least one stream 2. Right-click and select Follow TCP Stream 3. Actual results: Window displays with very small data widget and big space at bottom of dialog Expected results: Window should resize the data widget to make use of available space. Additional info: Regression - this did not happen on Fedora 16.
