Description of problem:
Stop Volume" hangs

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
rhsc-2.1.0-0.qa5

How reproducible: 100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a cluster and add a Host
2. Create a Volume in that cluster and start it
3. Now put that host in to "Maintenance mode"
4. Once done, try to remove the Host. It will fail with an error: "Error while executing action: Cannot remove Host. Server having Gluster volume."
5. Try to do a "Force Removal". It will also fail with an error: "Error while executing action: Cannot remove Host. Related operation is currently in progress. Please try again later."
6. Now try to stop that volume, it hangs and never ends.
&. Close that dialogue window, activate the host and then try to stop the volume again. It again hangs.

Actual results: The "Stop Volume" dialogue window hangs.

Expected results: It should not hang and stop volume should succeed.

Looks like the lock that was acquired on when trying to remove the server is not getting released, and that is causing the stop volume to block.

Per Feb-06 bug triage meeting, targeting for 2.1.0.
