Description albert 2013-01-30 13:10:45 UTC
Description of problem:

A drupal7-site.htaccess is placed in /usr/share/drupal7,
but httpd doesn't read htaccess files by default.
This file is very handy for enabling clean urls,
handling 404 errors, etc..

I suggest to add in /etc/httpd/conf.d/drupal7.conf :
<Directory /usr/share/drupal7/>
....
AllowOverride All
....
</Directory>

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
drupal7-7.19-1.el6.noarch

Comment 1 Gwyn Ciesla 2013-02-01 17:21:02 UTC
Looks reasonable, since a default non-RPM install would allow this. Any reason I shouldn't do this on all EPEL and Fedora branches of both drupal6 and drupal7?

Comment 2 Peter Borsa 2013-06-16 08:30:59 UTC
I haven't any reason so +1 from me. You should do that. Anyway I wrote and email to the Fedora Drupal development list.

Comment 3 Jared Smith 2013-06-16 22:35:23 UTC
+1 from me as well.
