We need to include candlepin-selinux when installing katello-headpin-all, as we currently include it for CFSE installations (see https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=805127 for more info).

candlepin-selinux mistakenly added to katello-all. needs to either be moved to candlepin RPM or a common katello rpm
