Description:
Fedora /usr/bin/ruby stub to allow choosing Ruby runtime. Similarly to rbenv
or RVM, it allows non-privileged user to choose which is preferred Ruby
runtime for current task.

GH now provides better tarballs, so I was able to get rid of git hash.

This was build in f19-ruby tag and is going to be merged into Rawhide prior branch of F19.
