Here is a new release that:

 - Renames the patches appropriately with "python-urllib3-" prefixes.
 - Fixes ssl check patch to use the correct cert path for Fedora.
 - Includes a new dependency on ca-certificates.
 - Makes cosmetic indentation changes to the .spec for readability.
