Description of problem:

ipa-replica-manage connect to a non-existant server returns a misleading error:

# ipa-replica-manage connect dne.testrelm.com
You cannot connect to a previously deleted master

# ipa-replica-manage connect rhel6-1.testrelm.com dne.testrelm.com
You cannot connect to a previously deleted master

Steps to Reproduce:
1.  Install RHEL6.4 IPA Master
2.  ipa-replica-manage connect dne.example.com
  
Actual results:
error message above.

Expected results:
more descriptive error message.
