Update detail steps here again:

1. Boot guest  with the above command line on source host.
2. Boot the guest on destination host with same command line and append "-incoming tcp:0:5800"
3. Migrate guest to destination host.
(qemu) migrate -d tcp:$dst_host_ip:5800
4. After finish migration, inside guest:
#pm-suspend
#shutdown -h now
