Description of problem:
irrXML has the same Version in F18 as in F17, but lower Release, because it inherits the Release from the main package, which got reset because its version increased.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
irrlicht-1.7.2-11.fc17 → irrxml-1.2-11.fc17
irrlicht-1.7.3-4.fc18 → irrxml-1.2-4.fc18

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Upgrade from F17 to F18.
  
Actual results:
yum distro-sync reports the upgrade as a "downgrade", other upgrade methods probably end up with worse breakage.

Expected results:
Monotonically increasing EVR.

Additional info:
This is very broken not only because of the upgrade path issue, but also because it can end up reusing existing EVRs (though it didn't this time thanks to the disttag) and leading to possible cache chaos!

irrlicht-1.7.3-12.fc18 has been submitted as an update for Fedora 18.

* was pushed to the Fedora 18 testing repository,
* should be available at your local mirror within two days.
