Undesirably, the bottom of "man swatch" contains:

I could not find any similar report in the upstream tracker, but this is
probably a global issue (see [1]).

* was pushed to the Fedora EPEL 6 testing repository,
* should be available at your local mirror within two days.
Update it with:
# su -c 'yum update --enablerepo=epel-testing swatch-3.2.3-7.el6'
as soon as you are able to.
