Description:
This little server implements a simple REST-like HTTP interface to a
[buddycloud][bc] instance. At its heart, it is a proxy service that
exposes the [XMPP][xmpp] publish-subscribe nodes underlying each buddycloud
channel as Atom feeds that can be both received and modified. The
interface follows the [Atom Publishing Protocol][atompub] as much
as possible. It is thought as an alternative to buddycloud's XMPP interface.

(The name is currently nodejs-buddycloud-http-api to match our guidelines but I'd like to change to buddycloud-http-api to match what regular people will be expecting.)

Consider asking upstream to add some download links to all comps.

Suggestion:

http://downloads.buddycloud.com/packages/debian/nightly/buddycloud-http-api/

BTW I think bccc is dup of this one.

Sounds like this package should be named nodejs-buddycloud-http-api.

Comment 9 Jamie Nguyen 2014-02-24 21:49:55 UTC
I no longer have as much of an interest in buddycloud as previously. I also don't have as much time. Closing for somebody else to pick up if they wish.
