aterm-debuginfo 1.0.1-16 is empty; on a quick look I suppose the culprit is the removal of INSTALL_PROGRAM=... (specifically it avoids "install -s") that happened as part of the "clean up" that was done in -16. -15 did not have this problem.

Seems like I inadvertently removed it.  Fixed now.  Thanks for the report.
