As of EAP 6.1 the OSGi module (which was previously the only thing under this section -- at least known to me) is by default active only in the new "standalone-osgi.xml" profile.  Thus the "Runtime Operations" section is usually empty and should not be display because it looks confusing

AFAIK there is no new build of console in ER2 -- moving this back to assigned 

@Heiko: as this is already fixed, I suppose you can change it to modified again.
