Description of problem:
Public bug. 

As part of the 5.5.0 release cycle for RHN Satellite and RHN Proxy, it was agreed on that we would not ship these products on 32bit RHEL 5 x86 (i686).

We released 5.4 on:
RHEL 5 x86
RHEL 5 x86_64
RHEL 5 s390x
RHEL 6 x86_64
RHEL 6 s390x

We released 5.5 on:
RHEL 5 x86_64
RHEL 5 s390x
RHEL 6 x86_64
RHEL 6 s390x

On further review, we noticed that we overlooked this as an item for Release Notes and need to fix this. Can we please append and re-release the 5.5.0 Release Notes to include a short note that we no longer provide the ability to install 5.5 on RHEL 5 x86, and anyone planning to upgrade from older versions of Satellite running on 32bit will need to plan to switch OS, along with Satellite version. 
 Typically, upgrades would be:
  - RHEL 4 x86 -> RHEL 5/6 x86_64
  - RHEL 5 x86 -> RHEL 5/6 x86_64
