The tool mention in the section on pesign is not part of the Fedora package.

We need to find out if we ship comparable code somewhere else and document how to use that to enable UEFI Secure Boot (including Microsoft's mode of operation).

I'm closing this bug as part of a Bugzilla cleanup effort. The most likely reason is that the bug has been opened either against a component we no longer publish, or against Release Notes for an EOL release.
