Description Hedda Peters 2013-02-15 02:12:58 UTC
Description of problem:
The spell-check seems to be doing only half of its job. Is does indicate words with spelling mistakes with the red underline. However, it does not offer any options for correction when right-clicking on one of those underlined words as it usually would.

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open any project, CodeMirror editor enabled
2. Insert misspelled word, right-click on underlined misspelled word

Actual results:
No options for spell-check correction in context menu. (Same context menu as anywhere else)

Expected results:
Options for spell-checker should be displayed such as suggested correct words, option of adding new word to dictionary...

Additional info:
This is on Firefox 18.0

Hedda,

Which spell checker did you use? An English one or German one?

That would have been the German one.

This is "fixed" in a sense, that syntax highlighting is no longer the default and indicates it does not support spell-check. Plain text is default, and works ok (at least in FF30)
Tested 3.5.0-SNAPSHOT (git-server-3.4.2-201-ge0afdde)
