Patch against fedore git repo, to update to version 4.5

Attaching a patch against the fedora git repos (the .tar.gz source file has already been uploaded to the fedora lookaside cache).  This patch applies cleanly for f19 and f20.

rpmlint gives the below output:
homebank-4.5-1.fc19.x86_64.rpm

I reported the issue with the COPYING file to upstream via a bug report.
