The user label "Accomplished" should be changed to label "Active Contributor".

1.Check some user's badges.
  Like: https://openshift.redhat.com/community/user/71595/badges
  and https://openshift.redhat.com/community/user/78125/badges.
2.Go to the /community/ideas page, check all the ideas' page.
  Like:https://openshift.redhat.com/community/user/71595

  
Actual results:
The user label "Accomplished" have not changed to label "Active Contributor"

The user label "Accomplished" should be changed to label "Active Contributor"

This was changed awhile back but reverted. A system config change is needed.

Tested above links, the badge of users has been changed to "Accoplished" now, so verify this bug, thanks.
