Cause: over clocking ram and cpu ,system was stable. Consequence: rythmbox,python,flashplayer and firefox ,xulrunner crash Fix: fall back to normal speed Result: system is happy :)

Description of problem:
just started the computer ,and it happend just like that.
i have installed a couple of time during this week with no problems at all, didnt change anything, except that i overclock a littel bit the cpu and the ram, since then i have error after error but the computer is stable , problems started with xulrunner,then rythmbox python and firefox crash because of flashplayer.
i m going back with the original settings .
