Description of problem:
In User Notifications page, Sorting is not currently enabled for ORGANIZATION  and DESCRIPTION fieldS

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Log in to SAM
2. Navigate to User Notifications page
3. Attempt to sort User Notifications based on ORGANIZATION or DESCRIPTION fields.
  
Actual results:
Sorting does not work for ORGANIZATION or DESCRIPTION fields

Expected results:
User Notification sorted based on ORGANIZATION or DESCRIPTION fields

Additional info:
Sorting works for CREATED (UTC) and LEVEL fields currently
