verify this issue on the qemu-kvm-1.5.3-47.el7.x86_64 with the same steps as comment #0. the mac address of virtio-net in monitor can return back to primary mac and the mac of virtio-net also return back to the primary mac after reboot guest.

host info:
# uname -r && rpm -q qemu-kvm
3.10.0-86.el7.x86_64
qemu-kvm-1.5.3-47.el7.x86_64

Base on above, this issue has been fixed correctly. Move to VERIFIED status.
