This FTBFS is due to changes in GnuPG::Interface
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=914296

Reported upstream GnuPG::Interface and Mail::GnuPG. GnuPG::Interface upstream responded and outlined a fix, but Mail::GnuPG hasn't.

I for one don't feel sufficiently familiar with these packages to be able to address this issue.

As no further package in Fedora depends on this packages, if "all else fail", this package is likely to be removed from Fedora.

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 19 development cycle.
Changing version to '19'.

(As we did not run this process for some time, it could affect also pre-Fedora 19 development
cycle bugs. We are very sorry. It will help us with cleanup during Fedora 19 End Of Life. Thank you.)
