Looks like a graphics driver bug.

You mean with the proprietary driver? Or with the Nouveau driver we install by default? (We cannot help you with bugs in the proprietary driver, you have to report those directly to NVidia. Bugs in Nouveau or any other driver we ship will be reassigned to the appropriate component.)

This sounds a lot like a driver bug (being a rendering glitch which seems to be hardware-specific). Unfortunately, the driver you use is not provided by Fedora and we do not have access to its source code, so we have absolutely no way to fix it. Please report your issue directly to NVidia. (Their developers reportedly read the forums at nvnews, so that's one way to contact them.)
